Our mission is to unite and rally powerhouse teams and guide them on their entrepreneurial journey.

We protect and transfer disruptive tech, launching deep-tech spin-offs into the market, and we’ve been doing it for X years.

Who are we looking for?


Applicant profiles & elegibility criteria:


·Postdoctoral researchers and senior researchers affiliated with a university or research center.

·Research teams can include PhD and Master’s candidates.

·Research teams must receive endorsements from both the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) of their research institution and the principal investigator (PI) of their research group.

·The technological development level must fall within the range of TRL 3 to TRL 6.

·Applicants must have expertise in deep-tech domains. Applicants should demonstrate substantial research experience in one or more of the following deep-tech areas: Artificial Intelligence and Data Platforms, XR/3D, Blockchain, Internet of Things, Hardware and Robotics, Medical Devices, New Materials, and/or 5G.

The programme includes:
Financing
We provide you with funding of up to €100k to further develop your project. Furthermore, you’ll gain access to our network of investors and receive guidance and advice on how to secure public aid to bring your project to the next level.
Expert Mentorship, Coaching & Consulting Services
Your project and team will be guided by top-tier mentors and coaches, assisting in market opportunity validation, business development, and spinoff creation. Additionally, you can benefit from consulting services to validate your intellectual property strategy and to demistify legal & regulatory aspects, among others.
Teambuilding & Matchmaking
We find entrepeneurial profiles to complement & boost your research team. We choose entrepeneurs that can match your project in both experience and expertise and who can work with you to amplify your project’s growth and contribute vital business experience.
Access to MWCapital’s Network of Industry Partners & Entrepeneur Community
Exclusive access to a community of entrepreneurs, investors and corporate partners. You will be able to engage our top industry partners to validate technology interest and implement practical pilots in real environments.

Frequently Asked Questions

All the teams endorsed by the Investment Committee will receive a seed investment of up to €100,000, to face the incorporation and execute their industry pilots. This financing will be provided in different installments depending on the performance of each team.
We recommend you access the Project Summary document to anticipate what is requested of you in the registration form, discuss it with the team, and clarify the 8 points to indicate.
DOWNLOAD
Call4Techologies starts on March 1, 2023 with an official presentation at MWC-4YFN. As of this day, through the official form the scientific teams can present their projects so that they can be evaluated by a committee of experts. The period closes on April 3, 2023.
The itinerary is divided into 2 main phases. In the first, called Opportunity Validation, all the teams try to demonstrate the true interest of the market in their technological solution. The second phase, called Business Validation, hosts the teams selected in the previous phase.
All startups that comply with the entire program become part of The Collider’s portfolio, enjoying a wide range of benefits including office space and access to Mobile World Capital’s network of corporations, investors and experts.
