Connected Cities
One challenge
Technology has been a key driver to make individuals and cities more connected than ever. This has created a connected world that further accelerates scientific and technological research, innovation, adoption and evolution.
Nevertheless, and given the breathtaking speed of urbanisation in the past 100 years, there is a set of challenges, and thus areas of opportunities, that are yet to be fully tackled.
Four tracks
This requires putting together business skills and scientific knowledge to leverage emerging technologies and make them exponential through cutting-edge collaborations among sectors and areas of expertise. This is the way we will solve the key challenges of tomorrow’s cities.
Methodology
Our process is based on uniting highly qualified and talented team to identify and validate a business opportunity in order to create a marketable product or service through a technology- based startup.

Programme timeline
The programme will run for 6 months during which we will carry out various activities, such as keynote sessions, master–classes and workshops from renowned industry experts, in order to help the teams find a perfect application for their breakthrough innovation and market needs.
The main goal that we want to achieve is to equip startups with all necessary tools and skills so that they could successfully pass from creation to incubation stages and roll out their solutions to the market.
